Aspen Grove facilities can be rented out to any BYU group, alumni, church group, school group, or non-profit organization. The conference center is also available to groups who use the facility for continuing education. Groups may not conduct any fund raising, political, or solely commercial activities at Aspen Grove.
Aspen Grove Facilities are reserved in the order in which requests are received, with consideration being given to the size of the group, type of program, and space available. Aspen Grove reserves the right to assign, and if necessary, reassign, facilities to assure the maximum and most appropriate utilization of Aspen Grove facilities.
