Winter Youth Conference
Come to Aspen Grove for an unforgettable youth conference! Our mountain setting is the ideal location for uplifting workshops and activities that unite youth. Because Aspen Grove does the cooking and cleanup, leaders are able to focus and spend time with their youth.
In addition to meals, Aspen Grove provides lodging, a meeting location for your ward or stake, and activities.
Winter Youth Conference activities include cross-country skiing or snowshoeing, ping-pong, billiard tables, foosball, and air hockey. You may also bring your own sleds and utilize our sledding hill.
One-Night Youth Conferences
Our one-night conferences include one night of lodging, three meals, your meeting space, and activities at a price of $44 per person for youth and leaders.
Two-Night Youth Conferences
Our two-night conferences include two nights of lodging, five meals, your meeting space, and activities at a price of $71 per person for youth and leaders.
Additional Information
- Youth and leaders will need to bring a pillow, sleeping bag, and towel.
- A $500 deposit, paid via credit card, is required upon booking. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- A $100 damage deposit will be charged to your ward or stake. This deposit will be refunded one week after your conference, pending any damages.
