Winter Youth Conference

Come to Aspen Grove for an unforgettable youth conference! Our mountain setting is the ideal location for workshops that uplift and activities that unite youth. Because Aspen Grove does the cooking and clean-up, leaders are able to focus and spend time with their youth.

In addition to meals, Aspen Grove provides lodging, a meeting location for workshops/testimony meetings, and activities.
Winter Youth Conference activities include cross country skiing or snowshoeing, sledding, ping-pong, billiard tables, and air hockey.

Aspen Grove will provide:
- Lodging (please bring a pillow and sleeping bag)
- Meals (3 meals for one-night youth conference; 5 meals for two-night youth conference)
- Conference Room (large enough for your entire group)
- Cross-Country skiing or snowshoeing
- Indoor activities

$500 non-refundable deposit per ward or stake. This is paid by credit card in order to reserve your date.

Assumption of Risk Form

One Night Youth Conferences (Friday and Saturday):

Includes one night of lodging and three meals at a price of $42 per person for youth and leaders.

Winter One Night Sample Schedule

Two Night Youth Conference (Thursday thru Saturday):

Includes two nights of lodging and five meals at a price of $69 per person for youth and leaders.
