Program responsibilities include attending and participating in opening and closing shows. Most staff members will be assigned specific standby duties on particular days or evenings each week. Sunday work is required of all staff and will require from two to six hours of work depending upon your area of employment.
As you look over individual job descriptions, please keep in mind you will be responsible for working in a variety of areas in addition to your main job duties.
Working at Aspen Grove requires a big commitment, and makes a big difference in the lives of hundreds of families. It requires much hard work, a positive attitude, and a fun personality. Staff members enjoy a unique experience as they both work and live on site in a camp setting. For many staff, the chance to associate with over 80 other staff is a highlight of their camp experience. Activities during the summer give the staff a chance to get to know each other better and form lasting friendships.
