Family Getaways
Reserve a night for your family to get away and enjoy the beautiful scenery behind Mount Timpanogos. Enjoy miniature golf, hiking, shuffleboard, basketball, tennis, volleyball, cowboy village and other outdoor activities at your leisure. You will need to provide your own meals. Our staff will lead your family in one hour of group activities that build family relationships during your stay.

Lodging Options:
Beckham Lodge: Reserve a large room in the Beckham Lodge for $119
per night for up to six people. The Beckham Lodge has a beautiful view
of majestic Mount Timpanogos. Each large room contains two bedrooms,
one with a queen size bed and one with a bunk bed, a sitting room with a queen
size pull-out sofa-sleeper, and a private bath. Bedding and towels are
provided. Each floor has a common area with a fireplace and a
small kitchen. Coin-operated laundry facilities are available for guest
use. The Beckham Lodge is located directly southwest of the dining hall
and is in the heart of camp. Floor

Family Lodge: Reserve an entire Family Lodge for $500 per night. It can accommodate a maximum of 32 people. The Family Lodges overlook picturesque Provo Canyon. These four two-story lodges include eight bedrooms, five bathrooms, a living room, a small kitchen, and a large loft. Bedding and towels are provided. Family Lodges
Activities:
Fall Leisure Time Activities: Enjoy miniature golf, hiking, shuffleboard,
basketball, tennis, volleyball, cowboy village and other outdoor activities
on your own time. These activities will be available all day for your
enjoyment. Our staff provide one hour of team-building games, generally held
Saturday morning. These games are designed to be enjoyed by family members
of all ages.
Huish Activity Center: The Huish Activity Center is available for both fall and spring getaways and houses air hockey, billiards, foosball, and ping-pong. There are also large rooms that can be used for group gatherings.
Additional Information:
Meals: Meals will not be provided by Aspen Grove. A kitchen will be available for you to prepare your meals. Each Family Lodge has its own kitchen and each floor of the Beckham Lodge has a kitchen that will be shared by up to eight families. Both accommodations have refrigerators, freezers, ovens, and microwaves. Basic cooking utensils will be provided. You should bring your own paper goods (plates, cups, napkins, utensils) if staying in the Beckham Lodge or if you will have more than 25 staying in the Family Lodge. Simple meals work best.
Check-in and Checkout procedures: Check-in will begin at 3:00 PM
on the scheduled day. The main office will have information on where you are
staying and the activities available. Checkout is at noon on the scheduled
day. For checkout, please make sure all dishes are clean and back in their
proper place. Double check the rooms and dressers for personal items and leave
your keys in the room.
