The following accommodations are available at Aspen Grove. The details and rates listed below are specific for the particular season of the year.
ASPEN LODGE CONFERENCE CENTER
As a hotel style setup, each guestroom has two queen beds and a private bath. Some rooms have adjoining doors for larger families. It serves for regular family use or as another option for seniors or campers with disabilities. These rooms are in the Aspen Lodge, located right in the heart of camp.View picture and floorplan
Family Camp Rate: Each room rents for $400 per week in addition to the regular camp fees.
Mini Camp Rate: Each room rents for $200 per week in addition to the mini camp fees.
Marriage Getaway Rate: Guestroom included in program fee.
Family Getaway Rate: Guestroom included in program fee.
Conference/Family Rate (September-May): Guestroom rate is $69 per night.
Maximum Occupancy: 5
THE BECKHAM LODGE
The Beckham Lodge is a hotel style facility with three floors totaling 38 guestrooms. There are two different setups, the Beckham Lodge Room and the Beckham Lodge Small Room. Family Reunions can be placed in rooms next to each other, or very close to each other. Each floor has a large sitting area with a fireplace and sofas. The Beckham Lodge Regular Rooms
The Beckham Lodge regular rooms are a two-bedroom suite with a private bath. One bedroom has a queen bed; the other has a twin bunk bed. The sitting area has a queen sleeper sofa. These rooms are perfect for any family. They provide parents with their own space while having peace of mind that the children are close by. They also serve as an option for several single adults to have their own space without needing to reserve separate small rooms.Family Camp Rate: Each room rents for $500 per week in addition to the regular camp fees.
Mini Camp Rate: Each room rents for $250 per week in addition to the mini camp fees.

The Beckham Lodge Small Rooms
These are hotel style rooms that provide a queen bed and a private bath. They are the perfect option for couples who would like their own place to retreat to. They also serve as a great option for single adults who would like their own individual space.Family Camp Rate: Each room rents for $375 per week in addition to the regular camp fees.
Mini Camp Rate: Each room rents for $187.50 per week in addition to the mini camp fees.

FAMILY LODGES
The Family Lodges are located at the top of camp providing an excellent view of our mountain surroundings. These lodges are especially accommodating for family reunions. These four two-story lodges include eight bedrooms, five bathrooms, a living room, a small kitchen, and a large loft. Family Camp Rate: Each lodge rents for $1,500 per week in addition to the regular camp fees.
Mini Camp Rate: Each lodge rents for $750 per week in addition to the mini camp fees.

THE ALUMNI BOARD CABIN
Located in the wooded surroundings with the Rustic Cabins, The Board Cabin has two sides, each consisting of a master bedroom, private bath, sitting area, and loft. The Board Cabin is an ideal option for those who would like a private bathroom while still being more secluded from the rest of camp.View picture and floor plan

RUSTIC CABINS
Located in wooded surroundings, each cabin is carpeted and contains one queen-size
bed and twin bunk beds. The Rustic Cabins can sleep up to seven or nine people.
Bedding is provided. Restroom and shower facilities are located close by.
