Family Camp Application Process
Family Camp reservations are open for Family Camp 2016.
Advance reservation requests for 2017 will be made available starting January 1, 2016. It's almost time!!
Advance reservation requests for Family Camp 2017 must be received by April 6, 2016. Each family or reunion group submitting a reservation will be included in the drawing. Families will be placed in camp according to drawing results. Each family in your reunion or group must submit a reservation form with a $100 deposit. In order to make a reservation you will need to submit your week and accommodation selections, names and birthdays for all attending guests, a mailing address, a phone number, an email address, and a credit or debit card to process the $100 non-refundable deposit. Your credit card will be refunded if your reservation is not secured according to your reservation requests. Each applicant will be notified of accommodation and week assignments or waiting-list status by May 14, 2016.
Reservations for space not filled in the drawing will be available online beginning May 15, 2016.

Family Camp 2016
A non-refundable $100 deposit per reservation is required to secure your reservation. Payments must be made by credit or debit card -- no personal checks. Half the entire fee is due February 1st of the year you are attending Aspen Grove. The final balance of the fee is due 60 days prior to your arrival. If a cancellation is requested after February 1st, 50 percent of the entire fee will be forfeited unless we fill your space. Cancellations received fewer than two weeks ahead, as well as "no shows" at check-in will forfeit the entire fee.
