Family Camp Application Process

Family Camp 2018

A non-refundable $100 deposit per reservation is required to secure your reservation. Payments must be made by credit or debit card -- no personal checks. Half the entire fee is due February 1st of the year you are attending Aspen Grove. The final balance of the fee is due 60 days prior to your arrival. If a cancellation is requested after February 1st, 50 percent of the entire fee will be forfeited unless we fill your space. Cancellations received fewer than two weeks ahead, as well as "no shows" at check-in will forfeit the entire fee.

Advanced Registration for Family Camp 2019

Advance reservation requests for 2019 Family Camp are collected through April 6, 2018. In order to make a reservation you will need to submit your week and accommodation preferences, names and birthdays for all attending guests, contact information, and a credit or debit card to process a $100 non-refundable deposit per household. When registration closes April 6, we hold a drawing. Family preferences will be met based on availability in the order in which their name is drawn.

In the event that your reservation is not secured, Aspen Grove will contact you and refund your deposit. Each applicant will be notified of accommodation and week assignments or waiting-list status by May 11, 2018. Reservations for space not filled in the drawing will be available online by May 11, 2018, or by calling 801-225-9554.
