Spend the last leg of winter break at the base of beautiful Mount Timpanogos with an all-inclusive family retreat. It's a perfect quick trip for your own family or shared with extended family as a reunion.
Families will come together during our family activities, which include family photos, a family movie, family Jeopardy, Bingo, and minute-to-win-it style games. Additional activities include a cookie contest, taffy pull, and sit around the fire pit with some hot cocoa from the store’s hot cocoa bar.
Children laugh, create, and explore as they spend time doing holiday crafts, put on a holiday parade, and much more with our exceptional counselors during their age group times.
Youth make friends participating in activities such as ropes course, laser tag, snowshoeing, night games, laser tag, socials, and a dance.
Adults enjoy archery, ropes course, guest lectures, and more. Guest lectures will speak on a variety of topics and storytellers will share seasonally appropriate stories. Get a head start on goals for the new year in a goals workshop. Games, including Escape Room and Mafia, are a great opportunity for adults to come together and enjoy their time.
During our Winter Family Retreat, unlike our summer Family Camps, guest passes will not be offered. We urge you to consider inviting others to attend the entire week as registered guests.

Winter Travel to Aspen Grove
Aspen Grove is located in Provo Canyon. During the winter, special consideration of the roads and weather conditions may be necessary while you travel to Aspen Grove. We recommend traveling to Aspen Grove in 4-wheel drive vehicles with chains.
The Utah Department of Transportation offers photos of current road conditions on their UDOT Traffic app. Downloading the app and viewing the photos may be helpful in discerning road conditions at your intended time of travel.
Cost to Attend
Retreat pricing is based on the age of each participant. The per person rate includes programs, activities, meals, and family lodging.

Cancellation Policy
All payments are due in full at the time of booking, and are non-refundable after that point.
Aspen Grove follows a strict cancellation policy. All reservations for this program are non-refundable, even in the event of a cancellation. No-shows or late arrivals due to weather or road closures will not be refunded in full or in part.
