The following positions are available for fall and winter employment. All student and staff positions can work up to a 20-hour work week. Staff and students may have the option to live on-site in housing units. Some meals are also included.

Essential Functions

In addition to the duties associated with the above jobs, all staff may be responsible within the 20-hour work week for cleaning and preparing camp facilities for guests' arrival each week. Duties include cleaning restrooms, housing units, and other facilities. Some Sunday work may be required.

The following positions are available for seasonal work from May to September. All staff positions work a 40-hour work week. Staff live on-site in housing units, and meals are included.

In addition to the duties associated with the above jobs, all staff will be responsible within the 40-hour work week for cleaning and preparing camp facilities for guests' arrival each week. Duties include cleaning restrooms, housing units, and other facilities.

Sunday work is required of all staff and will require anywhere from two to six hours of work, depending upon your area of employment.

A branch of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints meets on Sunday mornings during Family Camp. Staff may also participate in weekly Sunday firesides.

Graduating high school seniors accepted for Fall semester at BYU can list on the application that they are full-time students.

Year-Round Support

For year-round positions, employees can live and work on-site at BYU Aspen Grove during the fall and winter semesters (September-April). Housing and utilities are provided as well as comparable wages. Some meals are also provided. All staff will be responsible for working in a variety of areas including recreational programming, housekeeping, conference set-up, food service, snow removal, and minor maintenance of camp. Some evening, weekend, and holiday work is required. Commuter positions are also available.
