Family Camp 2026 Dates & Pricing
Family Camp 2026 |Drawing Applications Open January 2-April 11, 2025
Before reservations are open to the public, large reunions or families interested in priority access may apply for early placement by entering the Family Camp drawing.
Aspen Grove offers full week and mini sessions of our family camp program throughout the summer and offers several different types of lodging. We suggest working with all potential attendees to determine your group’s first, second, and third choice sessions and lodging preferences. Aspen Grove collects this information, along with your attendee information, and uses the drawing model to fit as many reunions into their first choices as possible.
Families have from January 2 through April 11, 2025 to enter their preferences and family information in order to participate in the drawing. There is no additional benefit to when within that window your application is submitted.
Reunion organizers will be notified when the drawing is completed, through email, with which sessions and lodging the reunion has been assigned. Notifications should be received on or before May 9, 2025. Any remaining vacancies we be released to the public at that time.
What You Need
Please take time to be familiar with the pricing and all available sessions before you begin your application. As the reunion organizer, you’ll need a BYU Netid to login and begin. You’ll also need to collect family information.
When you have your Netid and password, and you’ve collected the following information, you are ready to enter the drawing:
- Names, birthdates, and special needs/allergies for each family member attending
- Contact information for EACH INDEPENDENT HOUSEHOLD (phone, email, address).
- We consider a “household” to be independent adults and their dependent children. Each household will have their own reservation, and your “reunion name” will connect each reservation, so we know you are attending together
- When you want to attend (up to three session preferences)
- Where you want to sleep (up to 3 lodging preferences)
- A non-refundable $100 deposit per household is required to submit your drawing application.
Our system only supports the submission of reservations completed in one sitting, so please ensure all required information is gathered before starting your application.
Cost to Attend
Family Camp pricing is based on the age of each participant, and the session a reunion would like to attend. The regular rates listed below apply to most weeks of camp. Certain sessions, indicated below with a double asterisk (**), are automatically discounted by approximately 10%. The per-person rate is all-inclusive, including programs, activities, meals, and lodging. If a family prefers lodging where they don't meet the minimum occupancy, an occupancy fee will be applied.
Adults (19+) | Teens (12-18) | Children (9-11) | Children (5-8) | Children (3-4) | Infants (0-2) | Occupancy Rate | |
Full Week Rates | $985 | $870 | $730 | $625 | $550 | $415 | $400 |
Mini Camp Rates | $590 | $525 | $440 | $375 | $330 | $250 | $200 |
Occupancy Fees
The per-person rate for a registered guest is designed to include a space to sleep (bed, mat, or crib) for that registered guest. Aspen Grove has several types of lodging designed to accommodate a variety of family sizes. Each type of accommodation has a minimum and maximum occupancy. There are many reasons a registered household may request lodging where the number of registered guests doesn't meet the minimum occupancy. Aspen Grove is happy to make these accommodations based on availability.
Occupancy fees represent an opportunity for registered guests to request space for their comfort outside of what's included in your per-person rate. The fee is a low average of the per person rates and is charged for each headcount shy of the minimum occupancy. This allows guests to enjoy preferred lodging while compensating Aspen Grove appropriately.
The table below includes minimum and maximum occupancy for each lodging type.
Lodging Type | Minimum Occupancy | Maximum Occupancy |
Aspen Lodge | 2 | 5 |
Beckham Lodge Large | 4 | 7 |
Beckham Lodge Small | 1 | 3 |
Family Lodge | 19 | 32 |
