Make a Reservation or Payment
Family Camp 2026
We can't wait for your visit! There are a few things we want to be sure you know as you begin your reservation. Please take time to be familiar with pricing and availability before you begin making a reservation. As the reunion organizer, you’ll need a BYU NetID to log in and begin (click here to RECOVER or CREATE a Net ID). You’ll also need to collect family information.
When you have your NetID and password, and you’ve collected the following information, you are ready to make your reservation:
- Names, birthdates, and special needs/allergies for each family member attending
Contact information for EACH INDEPENDENT HOUSEHOLD (phone, email, address).
- We consider a “household” to be independent adults and their dependent children. Each household will have its own reservation, and your “reunion name” will connect each reservation, so we know you are attending together
Our system only supports the submission of reservations completed in one sitting, so please ensure all required information is gathered before starting your application.

Payment Schedules:
- Due at time of submission: $100 non-refundable deposit per group
- Due February 1: Half of the remaining balance (the year you're attending camp)
- Due 60 Days Before Check-in: Final payment
