Make a Reservation or Payment

Reservations are open! We can't wait for your visit! There are a few things we want to be sure you know as you begin your reservation. Please take time to be familiar with our new pricing model before you begin making a reservation. As the reunion organizer, you’ll need a BYU NetID to log in and begin (click here to RECOVER or CREATE a Net ID). You'll also need to collect family information.

When you have your NetID and password, and you’ve collected the following information, you are ready to make your reservation:

• Names, birthdates, and special needs/allergies for each family member attending 
  

• Contact information for EACH INDEPENDENT HOUSEHOLD (phone, email, address). 

  • We consider a “household” to be independent adults and their dependent children.  Each household will have its own reservation, and your “reunion name” will connect each reservation, so we know you are attending together  

Our system only supports the submission of reservations completed in one sitting, so please ensure all required information is gathered before starting your application.

Drawing open January 11 – April 1, 2027

Family Camp is one of our most popular programs. Instead of a first-come, first-served rush, we use a drawing so every family has a fair, equal shot at a spot.

You can enter anytime between January 11 and April 1, 2027. Entering early doesn't improve your odds, so there's no need to rush.

We offer full-week and mini sessions throughout the summer, with several lodging options. When you enter, you'll list your top three session choices and your top three lodging choices. After the drawing closes, we randomly select entries and place as many families as possible into their first choices.

We'll email results to reunion organizers by May 3, 2027. Any remaining spots open to the public on May 17, 2027.

Please review 2028 dates and pricing before you begin. We recommend deciding on your first, second, and third choices with everyone who plans to attend. You may be placed in your second or third choice, so only pick options that will work for your family.

You'll need:

• A BYU NetID and password for the reunion organizer. Recover your NetID or create one.
• Names, birthdates, and any special needs or allergies for everyone attending
• Contact information (phone, email, address) for one person in each room group. A room group is the people who'll stay together, usually one household (adults and their dependent children).
• Up to 3 session preferences (when you'd like to come)
• Up to 3 lodging preferences (where you'd like to stay)

• Due at time of submission: $100 non-refundable deposit per group
• Due February 1: Half of the remaining balance (the year you're attending camp)
• Due 60 Days Before Check-in: Final payment

Our system only supports the submission of reservations completed in one sitting, so please ensure all required information is gathered before starting your application. All incomplete applications will be cleared from our system at 12:00 a.m. MST daily.
