Make a Reservation or Payment for Family Camp

We can't wait for your visit! There are a few things we want to be sure you know as you begin your reservation. Please take time to be familiar with pricing and availability before you begin making a reservation. Family Camp reservations are grouped by immediate family members in per household, with a reunion name connecting households who are attending together as a group.

What You Need:

In order for us to run programs, provide meals, and bill correctly for your stay, please gather week preferences, lodging preferences, names, birthdates, and special needs/allergies for each family member attending, and contact information (phone, email, address) for EACH HOUSEHOLD.

A non-refundable $100 deposit per household is required to secure your reservation. Payments must be made by credit or debit card -- no personal checks or gift cards.

If you are planning a large reunion, you can assign a reunion organizer to enter information for the entire group, or start a reunion on your own, and ask your extended family to call Aspen Grove to be added to your group.

2024 Availability

Payment Schedules:

  • Due at Time of Booking: $100 non-refundable deposit per household
  • Due February 1: Half of the remaining balance (the year you're attending camp)
  • Due 60 Days Before Check-in: Final payment
Making Payments:

We accept payment by credit card, and accept payment online or over the phone.

To make a payment over the phone, please call our office at (801) 422-6000.

To make a payment online, please visit our reservation site by clicking on the button below. You'll need to sign in with a BYU netID, and after doing so scroll to the bottom of the page and click on Go to Reunion. From there you can review your household or reunion information, sign waivers, and make a payment.

Cancellations & Refunds:

Aspen Grove follows a strict refund policy. The $100 initial deposit is non-refundable. If a household cancellation is received after February 1, 50% of the entire fee will be forfeited, unless you can fill your space. Cancellations of individuals or families received less than two weeks ahead, as well as "no shows" at check-in will forfeit the entire fee.
