What is Family Camp?
Aspen Grove Family Camp
A family vacation where you don't have to plan a thing.
Here's how it works: you show up, and we take care of the rest! Meals, lodging, activities, and cleanup are all handled so your family can focus on spending time together.
Aspen Grove is a mountain camp in Provo Canyon run by the BYU Alumni Association. For one week (or a long weekend), it's the easiest family vacation you'll ever take. This is camp the way it used to be: swimming goggles, puppet shows, and the whole family together.
What makes it different?
Planning a family reunion usually means lots of logistics. You have to find something that works for grandkids and grandparents alike, and hope everyone actually has fun once they get there. Aspen Grove does that job for you. We run family-wide activities like the talent show, team-building games, and the family dance, where three generations can have fun in the same place at the same time. Whether it's the pickleball tournament or the Graham Canyon ice cream, there's something for everyone—which is exactly why so many families make Aspen Grove their annual reunion spot.
If you're a parent who needs a break, our BYU student staff run all-day age-group activities like arts & crafts, the ropes course, and the pool. Your kids are off making new friends of their own while you get something rare on a family vacation: real time to rest, reconnect with your spouse, or just sit by the pool.
