In our faith, the seeds of the Restoration of the Church of Jesus Chris began in a simple grove that we now consider sacred. Early Latter-day Saints used groves to gather for comfort, inspired learning, and relief from their labors. The programs and activities at Aspen Grove are meant to echo these origins.

BYU Aspen Grove is the university’s getaway from the daily activities of business and life. Aspen Grove extends the university’s mission by providing a wholesome, educational, and recreational environment that enriches lives and cultivates faith, intellect, character, and service.

2024 Workshops & Events

Most of the programs at BYU Aspen Grove are built as a package including lodging, meals, activities and more. Occasionally, workshops and other day events break that mold. Information about these, and other new events can be found below:

Family Camp

Memorial Day - Labor Day

Family Camp is an ideal mix of summer camp and a vacation for families of all sizes. Our outstanding BYU student staff facilitate daily adventures through age-group programming, allowing mom and dad to spend time together, with fun and energetic family activities in the afternoon and evenings. Let us do the cooking and cleaning, so your family can focus on spending time together.

Getaways

Enjoy seasonal activities, and grow closer together as you participate in team building activities with our staff. A kitchen is available for families to cook meals together, and some getaways include meals.

Marriage Getaway

Treat your spouse to a weekend away including three enrichment lectures, delicious meals, and fun seasonal activities.

Come to Aspen Grove for an unforgettable youth conference! Our mountain setting is ideal for workshops and activities that uplift and unite youth. Meals, lodging, and a meeting space is included.
