Family Getaway

Registration for our Spring 2026 Family Getaway is opening soon.

Take your family to the base of towering Mt. Timpanogos for a beautiful getaway. Enjoy seasonal indoor and outdoor activities and grow closer together as you participate in team-building activities with our staff.

A kitchen is provided in each Family Lodge and on each floor of the Beckham Lodge for your families to prepare their own meals. Beckham Lodge kitchens are shared among families on the same floor. Simple meals work best.

Also available is the option to add another night and check in on April 25th or October 14th.

Lodging Options

• $250 per room per night with a 2-night minimum – Beckham Lodge room (up to six people)
• $850 per Family Lodge per night with a 2-night minimum – Family Lodge (up to 30 people)

Check in begins at 3:00 p.m. Checkout by noon.

Full, non-refundable payment is required at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Aspen Grove follows a strict cancellation policy. The non-refundable, full payment for Family Getaway remains non-refundable, even in the event of a cancellation.
