Adam Lau, Dance Instructor

Adam has been dancing for 20 years. He was part of the BYU Ballroom Touring Company where he was a 2 time National Latin Formation Champion as well as toured across Europe performing in Paris, Barcelona, London, and Brussels, Belgium for the United Nations. Since then he has continued to teach dance classes for his community, coaching, and choreographing wedding dances. He also completed an Ultra-Marathon running 100 miles non-stop across the historic Pony Express Trail between Utah and Nevada. His greatest achievement in life is marrying his smart, beautiful, and tenacious wife Lindsey and being a dad to two wonderful girls.
