Family Camp 2027 Dates & Pricing

Looking for the perfect family camp in Utah? Aspen Grove’s Family Camp 2027 offers all-inclusive lodging, meals, and activities for families of every size. Below you’ll find our updated pricing, available dates, and everything you need to plan your summer stay near Provo Canyon.

Why 2027 is Different

Industry Standard – Per-room pricing is the norm for family resorts and camp facilities like ours.

Clarity – Some families will pay a little more, others a little less, but everyone benefits from a pricing model that’s simple and transparent.

Flexibility – Families of any size can now book the space that fits them best—no more required minimum fees.

Family Camp pricing is now based on lodging type (per-room) instead of per-person. It's simpler and more flexible for families of all sizes.

Pricing

Everyone attending Family Camp must be registered. Each lodging unit has a base rate that covers the room itself and a set number of registered guests. Everyone attending camp needs to be registered.

If your group exceeds that base number, you’ll simply pay a flat fee per additional guest.

The base rate covers the room itself—not just the people in it. This means added flexibility if Uncle Jim wants his own room or your newlyweds want a private space.

Your all-inclusive Family Camp reservation covers nearly everything—lodging, meals, age-group programming, and activities. The only additional costs are for optional items, such as treats from the Aspen Grove Store or materials for arts and crafts projects and classes (including pottery, watercolor, and pen-turning supplies).

Cancellation Policy

Aspen Grove follows a strict refund policy:

  • The $100 initial deposit for each individual room and $500 initial deposit for each family lodge is non-refundable.
  • If a reservation cancellation occurs after the half or final payment due date, payments are forfeit.
  • Reservation cancellations or additional guest cancellations made less than two weeks before check-in or “no-shows” forfeit the entire fee.
